Document management services involve helping clients organize, manage and store important records. Support may be provided for security based on roles and for for document retention. The services in various divisions range from file-and-folder based organizing schemes to support for dedicated commercial document management systems. All divisional IT staff support basic document organizing schemes. Document management services beyond this base level are provided in these divisions:
